Ceramic Band and Plate Heaters

Ceramic band and Plate Heaters are heaters formed in cylindrical or plane shape. Kanthal® resistance wire are formed helically and weaved through ceramic insulators placed adjacently and are then enclosed on metallic housing. Tightly fastened or clamped on heating blocks, dies or metal plates for better heat transfer. Higher watt density can be designed on ceramic band and plate heaters.
